Question 2

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Accepted Answer

Therapy can help if you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, stuck, navigating a life transition, processing trauma, or seeking personal growth. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. We provide a supportive space to help you better understand yourself and move toward your goals.

Question 3

What can I expect during my first session?

Accepted Answer

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss your concerns, explore your goals, and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. Together, we'll create a plan that feels right for you.

Question 4

Do you offer sessions in languages other than English?

Accepted Answer
